Question: Can StructuredWeb provide a dedicated IP to one domain user?
Question: Are there multiple partners on the same SendGrid instance?
Answer: Yes, there are multiple partners on the same instance. Those partners share the IP and reputation associated with it.
Question: We’ve had several customers ask why settings and configurations have needed more updates lately, especially over the past year. Why is this happening?
Answer: Many of the changes you’ve seen recently come from ongoing security, compliance, and infrastructure updates driven by SendGrid and the broader email ecosystem. Major inbox providers like Google and Microsoft have significantly tightened authentication and deliverability standards, and email platforms across the industry have had to adjust to stay compliant. While many vendors make these updates in the background, Structured’s integration with SendGrid sometimes requires visible steps or communication to ensure everything remains secure and fully aligned with new requirements.
These updates are not a sign that anything is wrong with your account. Instead, they reflect industry wide shifts designed to reduce spam, protect sender reputations, and improve long term deliverability. Our goal is always to minimize any disruption while keeping your email delivery stable, secure, and reliable. We only introduce required changes when they directly support those outcomes.
