New ChannelGPT Usage Analysis Report
Menu Path: Admin Portal > Program Manager > Reports
The ChannelGPT Usage Analysis report provides deeper insights into AI-generated content usage, key performance indicators, and partner engagement.
Users can now:
- Select a time frame and filter by account type (Partners only, Admins or Program only, or both)
- Track key performance indicators with trend data and contextual screenshots highlighting where metrics are measured. If a KPI appears in multiple locations, the screenshot serves as an example.
- Analyze AI prompt usage, including frequency, trends over time, and impact on content creation
- View a breakdown of AI service providers and models used
- Compare AI activity at both the program and partner levels, with filtering options to focus on partner activity
- Drill down into individual partner accounts for a detailed view of AI-generated content usage
These insights help vendors monitor AI adoption, optimize content strategies, and support partners in leveraging AI-powered marketing. Watch this video to learn more.
