We’re Upgrading Our Servers to Serve You Better – Scheduled Maintenance Alert
We will be performing a scheduled server upgrade aimed at enhancing the performance, reliability, and scalability of our platform. As part of this upgrade we are moving some of our systems to their most modern and actively supported versions.
This upgrade is part of our continued commitment to providing you with a faster and more seamless experience. While we work to make this transition as smooth as possible, there may be brief periods of limited access during the scheduled maintenance window.
Below is a detailed Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section designed to provide clear expectations around the upcoming changes. It includes key information on what to anticipate, how it may affect your workflow, and any potential impacts.
The upgrade introduces the new Image Library User Interface to editors that previously used the "old" interface:
- The old Image Library User Interface created folders for each user individually (e.g., "Shane Edmonds > My Folder").
- The new Image Library User Interface displays all folders scoped to the Partner or Vendor level, not individual users.
After the upgrade, users will see a folder called "Archived Images" at the root level of their library. This folder contains images copied from the old user-specific folders. Here’s a comparison:
Before the Upgrade
User clicks to add/replace an image in an editor (not new drag and drop editors) and they see this folder structure:
Shane Edmonds
/ My Folder
/ My Folder 2
After the Upgrade
Will existing content break or image links stop working?
No. The original images and their URLs will remain active. Any content using those URLs will continue to function normally. However, these original images won’t be accessible through the new Image Library UI—you’ll access them through the Archived Images folder instead.
There are no changes to the user experience for editors that already use the new drag-and-drop interface.
