This is a hands-on, learning-by-doing session. Open app.structured.ai in your browser and log in to your Tenant Account so you can follow along and apply each step in real time.

1. Introduction

Custom Branded Documents are a highly efficient way to provide partners with ready-made marketing assets, like data sheets or whitepapers, that automatically feature their own company branding.

Let's continue with this training where you will gain comprehensive knowledge on how to efficiently manage your documents using the PDF Editor. This includes understanding various tools and features that allow you to organize, arrange, and handle your PDF files with ease. Additionally, you will learn how to apply edits effectively, such as modifying text, inserting images, adding annotations, and making other adjustments to enhance the content of your PDF documents. 

 

2. Naming Your Branded Document

Click into the name entry field to customize the name of your file.

 

3. Update Name Entry Field

For this Training, let's enter My Practice PDF.

 

4. Begin PDF Upload

Click Begin by uploading a PDF to start uploading your PDF file into the editor.

 

5. Save Document Progress

It'll just take a moment for Structured AI to save your current document. You will see the progress within the editor.

 

6. Load Document For Editing

Once the PDF has been saved, we will load your PDF document for editing.

 

7. Select Editing Tool

You can add text fields or image fields, like logos or add an open field where partners can enter their own personal content, such as value statements.

 

8. Drag Fields to your PDF

Click here to select and drag fields to your PDF.

 

9. Minor Editing Options

You can also make minor edits to the content by clicking the edit button. Just be sure to edit within the space provided.

You have successfully uploaded and edited your PDF document using Structured AI's PDF Editor. Confirm your changes by reviewing the saved document and explore additional editing features as needed.
