Before you begin — open your account This is a hands-on, learning-by-doing session. Open app.structured.ai in your browser and log in to your Tenant Account so you can follow along and apply each step in real time.

This training provides a comprehensive guide to help you navigate the process of configuring and publishing content using the Structured AI platform. It will walk you through each step in detail, ensuring that you understand how to efficiently publish your content.
Whether you are new to Structured AI or looking to enhance your skills, this tutorial aims to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to make the most out of the platform’s capabilities.
2. Access Form Fields Section
To ensure that you gather the correct information, please click inside the designated Form field. This action will activate the input area, allowing you to enter the necessary data accurately.
3. Add or Remove Form Fields
Once you click on the Form, the Form Properties will appear in the right panel. Within the Form Properties panel, you have access to detailed settings for your form's behavior and appearance. Use the properties panel to add or remove any form fields.
4. Navigate to Prep to Publish
Click on Prep to Publish to begin the process of preparing your content for publication within the platform. This action will guide you through the necessary steps to ensure your content is properly formatted, reviewed, and ready to be shared with your audience.
By starting with "Prep to Publish," you can organize and finalize all elements of your content, making sure everything meets the platform’s standards before it goes live.
5. Access Content Settings
You will be taken directly into the Content Tab to manage the main content elements and their configurations before publishing.
6. Open Additional Content Options
Within the Content Tab, you have the option to get back to the editor should you need to make any changes.
7. View Full Screen Preview
You can also view a full screen preview of your Landing Page.
8. Preview Your Landing Page Before Publishing
An additional option is the Preview button.
9. Proceed to Next Step
Click Next to proceed to the subsequent step in the content publishing workflow. This action will take you forward in the process, allowing you to continue preparing your content for publication.
10. Confirmation Content
The next step is to Edit the post-form confirmation page and optional follow-up email. To view the Confirmation Page, simply click the full box. To edit the Confirmation Page content, click the pencil icon to redirect to the editor. The editor here is the same Drag & Drop functionality as other content editors in Structured AI. You can make any changes and then click the Confirm and Exit button to come back to the publishing stepper.
Once that is complete, click Next again to continue through the publishing workflow and finalize settings. The next tab is the Details Tab.
11. View Content Details
The Details Tab will give you the ability to review and edit detailed information about your content item.
12. Set Custom Thumbnail
Here you can Add a Custom Thumbnail image for your Landing Page which will be displayed in your Content Library.
13. Select Language Option
You can also set the language settings for your Landing Page content.
14. Edit Content Description
And further, you have the option to add or modify the descriptive text associated with your content.
15. Manage Content Tags
And finally, you can add Content Tags to categorize your Landing Page with relevant tags for better organization.
16. Advance to Next Configuration Step
Click Next to proceed to the subsequent configuration phase in the publishing process.
17. Open Publishing Settings
Within the Settings Tab, you have access options that control how and when your content is published.
18. Define Publish Dates
The first setting is to Define a publish start and end date to set the timeframe during which your Landing Page will be published.
19. Set Library Visibility
Click Hide from Libraries when used in a Campaign to control whether your banner appears in libraries during campaigns. When this content is added to a campaign, it won't appear in the Content Library or My Assets for Accounts. This setting applies everywhere this content is used.
20. Configure Group Accessibility
Within the Group Accessibility section, you have the ability to manage which user groups can access your published content.
21. Publish Content
And you are all set! Click Publish to make your content live and accessible according to your configured settings.
22. Confirm Published Status
Once you have published your landing page it will be listed in the Published section of your Landing Pages in your Content Library.
You have successfully configured and published your content using the Structured AI platform. Verify the published status and adjust settings as needed for future updates or campaigns.
23. Restore Previously Published Version
If you've republished your Landing Page, and want to restore it to it's original published version, start by opening your published Landing Page.
24. Access Published Version History
Click here to view all saved versions of your Landing Page.
25. Select Desired Version
Choose your desired version.
26. Initiate Version Restoration
Next, click Restore Version.
You have successfully configured and published your Landing Page. Verify the published status and adjust settings as needed for future updates or campaigns.
