1. Introduction
The last and crucial step in the process is to establish your tenant qualification tiers.
2. Access Tenant Qualification Tiers
These are automated customization layers like silver or gold based on a specific score threshold.
3. Add New Qualification Rule
Click Add Rule to start creating a new tenant qualification rule.
4. Select Tier 1 Label Field
Click "Tier 1 Label" to edit the label for the first qualification tier.
5. Enter Tier 1 Label
In this example enter Silver as the tier 1 qualification level.
6. Set Minimum Score Value
Fill "10" to specify the minimum score required for Silver qualification.
7. Add Another Qualification Rule
Click Add Rule to create a second tenant qualification rule.
8. Select Tier 2 Label Field
Click "Tier 2 Label" to begin editing the label for the second qualification tier.
9. Enter Tier 2 Label
Fill "Gold" as the label for Tier 2 to define this higher qualification level.
10. Set Tier 2 Score Value
Fill "20" to specify the minimum score required for Tier 2 qualification.
11. Review Tier 1 Minimum Score
These tiers give you a consistent view of lead quality across your entire partner network, regardless of individual partner workflows.
