Follow Our Step-By-Step Training

1. Open Content Library

To access the Content Tags, expand the main menu.
 

 

2. Access Content Tags Section

Once you are in the main menu, choose Content Tags.
 

 

3. Add New Tag Group

Let's get started and begin building your taxonomy. Start by clicking the + Add button.
 

 

4. Select Tag Group Name Field

Then, name your Content Tag Group.
 

 

5. Enter Asset Type

In this example, we'll create an asset type Content Tag Group.
 

 

6. Confirm Tag Group Addition

Click the Add button to save your changes.
 

 

7. Add Child Tag

Next we will go ahead and add Child Tags. Begin by clicking Child Tag.
 

 

8. Specify Child Tag Name

In this example, we'll enter Ebook.

 

9. Add Child Tag

Once the new Child Tag name is added, click on the Add button.
 

 

10. Add Another Child Tag

Let's add a second Child Tag.  Click the Child Tag option again. 
 

 

11. Specify Second Child Tag

This time, we'll enter Infographic.

 

12. Save Second Child Tag

Click the Add button to save.
 

 

13. Finalize Tag Management

The Structured AI platform is highly flexible.  If you need to reorganize your list, simply click and drag the tags to move them into a new order.
 

 

14. Exit Tags Section

You can also reorganize at the Content Tag group level.
