1. Ready to Publish

Just a reminder about Collections. A Collection serves as a tool specifically created to help organize marketing materials that are not part of an automated workflow. 

By using Collections, teams can efficiently manage and access their marketing resources in a structured way, ensuring that all relevant materials are easily found and utilized for various campaigns or projects.
 

 

2. Proceed To Next Step

Once all the content is added to the Collection, click Next to proceed to the following step in the Collection setup process. 

This action will guide you through the necessary stages to complete the configuration efficiently and ensure that all required information is properly entered. By moving forward, you will be able to finalize the setup and begin utilizing the collection features as intended.
 

 

3. Change Cover Image

The first step in this process is the Content Tab.  On the Content Tab, first click the Replace button to add a cover image or video to your Collection.
 

 

4. Choose New Cover Image

Choose an image from the image library that best represents your Collection.
 

 

5. Add Cover Image

To add the image as your collection cover image, simply click on the Add Selected button. 
 

 

6. Edit Collection Details

Provide a detailed and clear description for your Collection in the description space provided. This description should effectively convey the purpose, theme, or unique features of your collection to help visitors understand what it encompasses. Make sure to include any relevant details that highlight the significance or special aspects of your collection, so that it attracts and informs your audience comprehensively.
 

 

7. Access Collection Settings

The Details Tab General section gives the option to customize language, description, and tags.  If desired, you can attach supporting documentation such as detailed instructions or a playbook.  This can be a PDF or an External Link. 
 

 

8. Continue Setup Process

Click Next to move forward to the subsequent step in setting up your collection configuration. This will allow you to continue the process and make further adjustments as needed.
 

 

9. Search For Groups

In the section labeled Group Accessibility, you will find an option to select the specific Account Group to which you want to be able to access the Collection. This allows you to control and manage which group of accounts will have access to the Collection, ensuring that your collection reaches the appropriate audience within your organizational structure.

 

10. Open Collection Overview

To change the collection's title, simply click inside the title section. By selecting this area, you can easily update the text to better reflect the theme or purpose of your collection, ensuring that it captures the attention of your audience effectively.

 

11. Rename Collection

In this example, I'll enter "My Practice Collection".

 

12. Publish Collection

Once all the necessary preparations and configurations have been completed, you are ready to move forward with publishing your collection. This final step ensures that your collection is accessible to your intended audience and begins to generate the desired engagement.
 

To officially launch your collection, simply click on the Publish button. 
 

Congratulations! You have successfully created a new collection. This means that you have completed the process of gathering and organizing a set of items or data into a single, cohesive group. 

Your collection is now ready to be viewed, managed, or expanded upon as needed. Well done on reaching this important milestone!
