Before you begin — open your account This is a hands-on, learning-by-doing session. Open app.structured.ai in your browser and log in to your Account so you can follow along and apply each step in real time. |
Follow Our Step-By-Step Training
1. Introduction
Landing pages are lead-generation engines, and customizing them gives you the competitive edge needed to convert visitors into leads.
2. Access Manual Mode
To start, from the workspace, click the Manual Tab. This will take you into our editor.
3. Landing Page Contents
Here, you’ll find two distinct sections: your landing page content and your capture form.
4. Access Content Section
To build a page that converts, click inside any text box to add your own value statements or local proof points.
5. Enter your own Content
In this example, we'll add the following text: "As your local partner, we provide the hands-on support and customized implementation you need to get the most out of Vendor X’s solution."
6. Use the Toolbar for Quick Edits
Use the Toolbar for quick changes such as: bolding key phrases or adding hyperlinks.
7. Use the Properties Panel for Deeper Styling
For deeper styling, use the Properties Panel to update the entire text box, including brand colors and fonts.
8. Click an Image
Need a visual boost? Double-click an existing image to bring in an image from your hard drive.
9. Click Upload
Click the Upload button to pull in an image into your library.
10. Add Selected Image
Then, click on the image to select it. Once the image is selected, click the Add Selected button.
11. Crop Image
You can then use the Properties Panel to resize, crop, or style your images and buttons in seconds.
12. Select Crop Area
Slide your image to focus on what's most important, eliminating the need to prepare outside the platform. Then, click Crop.
13. Adjust Form
To adjust your lead capture, click the Form element.
14. Open Form Editor
Once you click the Form element, then select Edit Form from the properties panel.
15. Select Form Element
Drag field elements into the form.
16. Access Required Field
Use this toggle to mark a field required, or Click the trash can to delete it.
17. Save and Exit
Click Save and Exit.
18. Click the Translate Button
To reach a broader audience, use the Translate button on the toolbar.
19. Translate Submit Button
In this example, we'll choose Portuguese.
20. Wait for Saving
Once all changes are applied, click Save & Exit.
21. Open Confirmation Content
To prepare your Confirmation Page, click the Confirmation Content tab.
22. Edit Confirmation Page
Click the Pencil icon to open the workspace.
23. Return to Manual Mode
Click Manual to return to Manual Mode.
24. Prepare to Publish
Here, you can make any necessary changes to mirror your landing page, including translation, text, and branding updates. Once complete, Click Confirm and Exit.
25. Edit Confirmation Email
Simply repeat these steps for your Confirmation Email.
26. Finalize Confirmation Edits
Once everything is aligned, click the X.
